Corporate Culture and Human Capital
A key premise in Brand Vistas' work is the notion of inside-out branding. Stated simply, we believe that the authentic workplace culture of an organization can be the most vibrant foundation for its corporate brand, even with so-called 'external' audiences. That's why our Value Platform approach pays such careful attention to discovery within the organization, with surveys, focus groups, and employee workshops.
So it shouldn't be surprising that some of Brand Vistas' work focuses entirely inside the walls of our clients, with initatives in organizational development, inclusion, knowledge management, and team-building. By the same token, we often work with recruitment outreach and retention strategies. (We've even done the occasional workforce planning project.)
